What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes entrance to the Festival for the day and includes all music entertainment.
You will be allowed to leave and re-enter the festival as long as you have a valid wristband.
There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on all tickets unless the event has been cancelled or postponed.
Yes. We provide kids entertainment at the festival.
Is Chalfest a child friendly festival?
LOTS! We have many catering stands on site that will be offering great food
How much food is on-site?
You can of course bring food and filled water bottles with you. You can not bring your own alcohol onto the site. Security at the gate will be allowed to confiscate this from you and dispose of it. We have licenced bars on site.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Can I bring my dog?
No. Given the number of visitors and activities that are taking place we’re afraid Chalfest needs to be a dog free zone. Guide dogs are of course welcome.
There is no camping on site.
Is there camping on site?
Yes – there are also disabled facilities available.
Is the site wheelchair accessible?
There is no parking available on-site. There is disabled parking nearby and a park and ride scheme for those people that buy their tickets through Eventbrite. You can also pay for a return bus journey from Stroud via Eventbrite
For festival attendees welfare and safety, illegal substances will not be allowed on-site, this includes nitrous oxide gas. Those caught in possession of, or dealing in illegal substances will be processed in accordance with the law.
We do not permit any of the following items anywhere on site: portable laser equipment and pens, spray cans, fireworks and flares, Chinese lanterns, animals, alcohol or anything that we consider could be used as a weapon.
It is a condition of entry that you agree to be searched when you enter the site. If you are found to be carrying prohibited items then we may confiscate them or remove you from the festival.
